ESLI offers students
the unique opportunity
to enter university
without the TOEFL
test. In Canada, ESLI
is partnered with
Trinity Western University.
Trinity Western University
is Canada's largest,
private Christian
liberal arts and sciences
university. Because
of ESLI's affiliation,
TWU is please to offer
under-graduate acceptance
to academically qualified
students - no TOEFL,
IELTS, or Cambridge
test required.Pre-University
Program
ESLI's Pre-University
program consists of
6 levels of Intensive
Academic English.
Upon arrival students
take a placement test
and are placed in
the level best suited
for their English
ability. Students
study academic reading,
writing, listening
& speaking. Classes,
activities, and assessment
tools are tailored
specifically to meet
the needs of beginner,
intermediate and advanced
students.Pre-Masters
Program
The ESLI Pre-Master
Program (PMP) is an
intensive Academic
English Skills program.
It is designed as
an optional track,
in place of our regular
Level 6, for students
who have already completed
undergraduate degrees
in their own country
and are interested
in entering a Masters
degree program at
TWU or another North
American university.
Upon entry into ESLI
Level 6, PMP students
will be separated
from the undergraduate
students for some
classes in order to
receive lessons focusing
on the unique language
skills needed for
graduate work. Attention
will be given to the
development of higher
level writing skills,
critical thinking,
summary analysis,
content-based reading,
vocabulary building,
discussion and debate,
oral presentations
and many other needed
academic skills. In
addition, where possible,
ESLI will provide
special skills workshops,
tutorials, mentor
programs, and academic
guidance to fulfill
course deficiency
credits related to
the student's desired
field of study.West

MBA & Masters
of Economics and Finance
We are now excited
to announce that WTAMU
is offering conditional
acceptance to the
MBA and Masters of
Finance & Economics
programs to graduates
of ESLI's Pre-Masters
Program in Vancouver;
no TOEFL required.
The first 12 credits
of both the MBA and
Masters of Finance
& Economics programs
are available in Vancouver.
There will be 2 start
dates each year: May
and November. By the
time they complete
these first 12 credits,
students will need
to have written the
GMAT and scored within
the 25th percentile
in order to move on.
After that, they will
finish their degrees
in one of two ways:
1. Go to WTAMU campus
in Canyon, Texas,
USA
2. If the student
is denied a student
visa to study in the
USA, they may complete
their degree online.ESLI
and TWU Graduate Programs
TWU offers conditional
acceptance into their
Graduate Programs
for graduates of ESLI's
PMP; no TOEFL is required.
Upon graduating from
ESLI's Pre-Masters
Program, students
will have fulfilled
the language requirement
for all TWU's Graduate
Programs. This means
they will be conditionally
accepted into the
program assuming all
academic requirements
and other possible
admissions requirements
are fulfilled. Currently,
neither the GMAT nor
the GRE is required
for any TWU Graduate
programs. TWU offers
the following Graduate
Degree Programs at
this time:

Teaching English as
a Second or Other
