Bodwell College
There
is a 100% College and University acceptance rate "Bodwell
College School of Language": Located in the city
center offers intensive English training for students
(age 16+) of all levels. The School of Language moved to
a new, modern, spacious 2-level facility this past
January. It has 20 classrooms, a large computer lab,
numerous amenities and student services. Specialized
certificate courses offered are 12 Levels of Integrated
Language Skills, Intensive Grammar Review, Conversation,
IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC and Cambridge exam preparation,
Business English, Internship, Tourism and Hospitality,
Prose and Literature, French, as well as IT Certificate
and Diploma studies. There is a strict English Only
Policy which students must adhere to. Our school has a
large student lounge fit with a cafe, pool table,
ping-pong table, large screen T.V., a computer
laboratory, and a resource center. We offer counseling
in several different languages, academic advising and
have an on-site Homestay and Activity Coordinator. Also
offered are numerous after-school activities, day trips,
hikes and camping trips which are an excellent way to
experience the fantastic nature of British Columbia.
